Very confused on redirect,transfer and HttpWebRequest

I am building a shopping cart.
At the client detail.aspx page I will submit to securetrading page as https://securetrading.net/authorize/form.cgi with all parameters by post method (recommend by securetrading) On submit_click server side funtion I have choices. 1/ redirect to securetrading page 2/server.transfer to securetrading page 3/create HttpWebRequest and display what is in return. I have not got any clue which is suitable for my job. Please help |

I am building a shopping cart. HttpWebRequest has maximum control. Other two options may not be able to use all the time/cases.
