Không truy cập được Homepage Oracle-xe trên linux(fedora 15)

Em mới chuyển sang dùng Oracle trên linux . Em đã cài thành công và cấu hình hoàn chỉnh oracle-xe 10g trên fedora 15
Nhưng khi truy cập vào http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex không được (Trình duyệt báo lỗi :Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:8080.
