Job Description
We are looking for for many Java developers on the following domains:
1. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) systems:
TMA is working with a partner in Australia to provide professional services to clients over the world (focusing in Australia, and Asia Pacific) so we are looking for many resources with strong Java experience to work on the following areas:
- Deploy ECM & BPM systems
- Customize/develop new features for these systems: portlets, site, workflow, content management module,….
Note: Candidates will be required to travel to client sites (Australia, Asia Pacific) if needed.
2. Element management system (EMS)
Java developers for EMS will develop software applications providing all the management needs such as configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting operations for telecommunication networks and devices.
Required Skills

Required Skills
• College or higher degree on Telecom or Information Technology
• Good background on OS (Windows, Linux), Network/Telecommunication protocols, especially in VoIP
• Competent English skills (TOEIC > 500)
• Programming/scripting skills (Java/TCL/Perl)
• Experienced in Test Automation is a plus
